Opportunity at Standard Chartered Bank Kenya: Supply Chain Excellence Manager
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity at Standard Chartered Bank Kenya for the position of Supply Chain Excellence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive change and influence stakeholders.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) will be a plus.
