We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for outdoor activities to fill the position of Professional Outdoor Gear Consultant at Vaude in Thuringia, Germany. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on outdoor gear selection
Assist customers in finding the perfect gear tailored to their specific needs
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Vaude products and industry trends
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Vaude's professional standards

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities and a strong knowledge of outdoor gear
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Fluency in German and English
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
