We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity at United Way of Delaware for a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Community Engagement and Impact. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives that foster community growth, cultivate partnerships, and drive meaningful change across the region.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance community engagement and outreach programs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address pressing community needs.
Lead the design and implementation of impactful initiatives that align with our mission and values.
Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, businesses, and government entities.
Drive efforts to measure and communicate the impact of our programs effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in community engagement, partnership building, or related areas.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
Possess a deep understanding of the social and economic landscape of Delaware.
