Position: Adventure Concierge
We are currently seeking an Adventure Concierge to join our team at Classic Optical Laboratories. In this role, you will be the expert guide for individuals seeking unique and memorable experiences across Ohio. Your primary responsibility will be to curate personalized itineraries, recommend hidden gems, and create unforgettable adventures for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and interests
- Research and identify off-the-beaten-path attractions and activities
- Design custom travel itineraries tailored to individual preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel experience
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and unique offerings across Ohio
Requirements:
- Passion for travel, exploration, and creating memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of Ohio's travel destinations and attractions
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is a plus
