Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and advice
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of agricultural products (preferred)
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
