Responsibilities:

Design and execute wellness initiatives, events, and activities to promote employee health and fitness
Collaborate with internal teams to create a culture of well-being and mindfulness
Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Manage wellness budget and resources efficiently
Engage with external partners to enhance wellness offerings and benefits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in developing and managing wellness programs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and employee well-being
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
