Position: Wellness Program Manager
Location: San Jose, California

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that support the physical and mental health of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute wellness initiatives, events, and activities to promote employee health and fitness
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a culture of well-being and mindfulness
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage wellness budget and resources efficiently
- Engage with external partners to enhance wellness offerings and benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and managing wellness programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and employee well-being
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
