The Scotch Whisky Experience, located in the heart of Scotland, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct guided tours and whisky tastings
- Assist guests in selecting whisky products and merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to enhance visitor experience
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or interest in whisky is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
