Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement tailored business plans to ensure sustainable growth and market expansion, working closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote our financial services and differentiate us within the competitive industry landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new financial products and services tailored to the needs of franchise and chain businesses.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, particularly within the franchise/chain industry, with a strong understanding of financial services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business growth.
- Strategic thinker and self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
