As a vital member of our organization in the heart of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to guests and customers
- Design and implement engaging visitor experiences
- Provide expert guidance and information about our dairy products and the region
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall visitor experience
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve any concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region is a plus
- Fluency in French and English is required, additional languages are a bonus
