We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Adventure Activity Coordinator to join our team at Lövsjöbaden, located in the scenic region of Västernorrlands län, Sweden. As an Adventure Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of outdoor recreational activities to engage and entertain our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement adventurous activities such as hiking, water sports, and nature excursions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment rentals and activity logistics.
- Create memorable experiences for guests of all ages and skill levels.
- Manage staff and volunteers during activity sessions.
- Passion for outdoor adventures and recreational activities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead group activities.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning or recreation management preferred.
