Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community outreach programs to foster positive relationships with local organizations.
Organize and participate in volunteer initiatives that support environmental causes and community well-being.
Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with company values and goals.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Previous experience in community engagement or corporate social responsibility is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
