Job Title: Outdoor Adventure Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead outdoor adventure activities for members
- Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to individual needs
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all members
Requirements:
- Passion for outdoor sports and fitness
- Previous experience in organizing outdoor activities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Certification in outdoor safety and first aid is preferred
