Position Available: Community Development Specialist

Location: Lappi, Finland

Job Description:

Collaborate with local farming communities to develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support rural economic growth and environmental stewardship
Engage with multicultural stakeholders to promote diversity and cooperation in agricultural development

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, environmental studies, or related field
Experience in community development, project management, or related roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development
