Position Available: Community Development Specialist
Location: Lappi, Finland
Job Description:
- Collaborate with local farming communities to develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support rural economic growth and environmental stewardship
- Engage with multicultural stakeholders to promote diversity and cooperation in agricultural development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, environmental studies, or related field
- Experience in community development, project management, or related roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development
