Graubünden Ferien, a leading tourism company based in Graubünden, Switzerland, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the legal field and has a strong understanding of the legal landscape in Switzerland.

As a Legal Advisor at Graubünden Ferien, you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Advising on legal matters related to tourism and hospitality industry
Managing legal risks and providing risk assessment
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations

We are looking for candidates who have:

A degree in Law from a recognized university
At least 5 years of experience in a legal role
Strong knowledge of Swiss legal system and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
