Basel Zoo invites passionate individuals to become a part of our vibrant community that celebrates diversity! We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Guest Experience Ambassador.
Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors
- Guiding and assisting guests throughout the zoo
- Answering inquiries and providing information about the zoo's offerings
- Ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
