Svalbard Kirke is seeking a dynamic and passionate Arctic Adventure Coordinator to join our team in Svalbard og Jan Mayen. As an Arctic Adventure Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute unique adventure itineraries catering to the thrill-seeking nature of our guests
Coordinate with local guides and suppliers to ensure seamless adventure experiences
Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Manage logistics, safety protocols, and risk assessments for all adventure activities
Contribute to the development of new adventure programs tailored to diverse guest preferences

Qualifications:

Proven experience in organizing adventure activities or excursions in remote or challenging environments
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction
