Svalbard Kirke is seeking a dynamic and passionate Arctic Adventure Coordinator to join our team in Svalbard og Jan Mayen. As an Arctic Adventure Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute unique adventure itineraries catering to the thrill-seeking nature of our guests
- Coordinate with local guides and suppliers to ensure seamless adventure experiences
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Manage logistics, safety protocols, and risk assessments for all adventure activities
- Contribute to the development of new adventure programs tailored to diverse guest preferences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organizing adventure activities or excursions in remote or challenging environments
