As a Brand Ambassador, you will be a key player in promoting the mission, values, and products of our organization to the public. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our retail offerings in a memorable way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere at the Muhammad Ali Center
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the products and services offered
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and sales
