Responsibilities:

- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to wellness program staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and managing wellness initiatives
