Position: Rural Community Development Specialist

Location: Wisconsin, United States

Responsibilities:

Engage with rural communities to identify development opportunities and challenges
Collaborate with local stakeholders to design and implement community improvement initiatives
Conduct research on agricultural trends and rural economic development strategies
Provide support and guidance to community members on accessing resources and programs
Organize and participate in community events and workshops

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Community Planning, or related field
Experience working with rural communities and understanding of agricultural challenges
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Passion for community development and commitment to making a difference
