Position: Rural Community Development Specialist
Location: Wisconsin, United States
Responsibilities:
- Engage with rural communities to identify development opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to design and implement community improvement initiatives
- Conduct research on agricultural trends and rural economic development strategies
- Provide support and guidance to community members on accessing resources and programs
- Organize and participate in community events and workshops
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Community Planning, or related field
- Experience working with rural communities and understanding of agricultural challenges
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Passion for community development and commitment to making a difference
