Idaho State Tax Commission is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Wellness Program Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting healthy lifestyles and physical well-being among our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness initiatives tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce
- Organize and oversee fitness and recreational activities
- Collaborate with health professionals to provide educational workshops and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback
- Manage partnerships with local fitness centers, sports clubs, and other relevant organizations
- Administer health assessments and monitor individual progress
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness Management, Exercise Science, or related field
- Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of fitness trends, nutrition, and holistic health practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or a related field is a plus
