Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative programs that enhance the visitor experience
Coordinate workshops, exhibitions, and community outreach projects
Collaborate with artists and cultural organizations to expand the museum's network
Manage event logistics and ensure smooth operations during cultural events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or related field
Proven experience in event planning or cultural programming
Strong organizational and communication skills
