Your Role:

As an Agricultural Innovation Specialist within our team, you will be at the forefront of driving change. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing forward-looking strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance agricultural productivity, sustainability, and resilience. You will work collaboratively to foster strong relationships with local farmers and rural stakeholders, providing them with expert guidance and support on innovative agricultural methodologies and environmental best practices.

What We're Seeking:

Passionate individuals with a keen interest in agricultural and rural innovation
Deep understanding of environmental sustainability and its application in agricultural contexts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to think critically and creatively, driving change and innovation
Experience in implementing and managing agricultural projects is a plus
