Position Overview:

ÖBB - Austrian Federal Railways is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance ÖBB's presence and reputation
Collaborate with internal departments to identify community needs and develop initiatives to address them
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings
Act as a liaison between ÖBB and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in community engagement or related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
