You will work closely with various departments to design and deliver creative, learning-centered solutions that enrich our employees' skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Conceive and execute innovative programs focusing on the intersection of education and industry trends
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and create development plans
Establish partnerships with industry leaders and educational institutions to enhance learning opportunities
Measure and assess the impact of learning initiatives, continuously improving our development programs

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

A passion for exploring the frontiers of education, sport, and entertainment
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering creative and effective learning experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders
An innovative mindset and a track record of implementing successful learning initiatives
A bachelor's degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
