Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices
Collaborate with farmers and rural communities to promote environmental stewardship
Research and analyze the latest trends in sustainable agriculture
Create and manage projects that support agricultural sustainability initiatives
Educate stakeholders on the benefits of sustainable farming techniques

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
