We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Associate, a role that focuses on promoting eco-friendly practices and supporting local sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable strategies to reduce environmental impact
Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to source organic and locally produced ingredients
Educate staff and guests on the importance of sustainability and environmental conservation
Monitor and analyze our carbon footprint and resource consumption
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in sustainable practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related field
Prior experience in sustainability initiatives within the hospitality industry is preferred
Passionate about environmental conservation and social responsibility
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
