Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, leveraging our successful model to create impact across Nakuru and beyond.
Develop and nurture fruitful relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, donors, and government agencies.
Craft and execute innovative strategies to enhance our presence within the education sector, ensuring sustainable growth and widespread impact.
Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and collaboration.
Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record in business development or related roles, ideally within the education sector or similar franchise/chain environments.
Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate partnerships, drive growth, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to envision, plan, and implement initiatives that propel organizational success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
