As an Outdoor Adventure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our community within the stunning landscapes of Iceland's Western Highlands. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and leading outdoor excursions, promoting sustainable practices, and engaging with outdoor enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate outdoor adventure programs
Organize group hikes, camping trips, and nature walks
Educate participants on environmental conservation practices
Foster a sense of community and teamwork among participants
Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and businesses

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities and environmental sustainability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in organizing outdoor events or programs
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
