As a Customer Experience Specialist at Zwembad De Kûpe, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing guidance on our products and services. - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of Frisian is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Flexible schedule with the willingness to work on weekends or holidays as needed.
