The Mombasa County Department of Youth, Gender, Sports and Social Services is seeking a dynamic and insightful individual to join our team. We are looking for a professional to take on the role of Trend Analyst and Community Engagement Strategist. This position centers around leveraging data and insights to guide strategic decision-making and promote community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive local market analysis
Identifying emerging trends within the community and various industry segments
Developing strategies to boost community involvement in sports, social, and gender-focused initiatives
Collaborating with local stakeholders and youth groups for data collection and insight generation
Organizing and facilitating focus group discussions and surveys aimed at obtaining valuable community feedback
Contributing to the development of evidence-based policies and programs that address the needs of the youth and gender-focused initiatives
Presenting insights and strategic recommendations to departmental leaders and community partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for community engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams and community members
Passion for promoting youth, gender, sports, and social services initiatives within the community
