As a Guest Experience Ambassador at Pasir Ris Elias Community Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, organizing engaging events, and fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Organizing and executing events to promote local attractions and community engagement
- Responding to guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring highest satisfaction levels
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and customer-focused work environment
