We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager.

The Supply Chain Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods and services through careful oversight and management of our supply chain processes. Working closely with various teams, the chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of operational excellence while contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure timely availability of necessary resources
Optimize transportation routes and methods to streamline delivery processes
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan effectively to meet requirements
Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs to measure and improve performance
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain quality standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven track record in supply chain management and operations
Proficiency in data analysis, logistics software, and ERP systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
