Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various issues affecting the club
Provide guidance on contractual matters and legal risks
Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies
Support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of operations

Qualifications:

A degree in Law or relevant field
Admission to the bar association in Kenya
Proven experience in a legal role, preferably within the sports industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to solving legal challenges
