Position: Cultural Experience Coordinator
At Museo d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto, we believe in fostering a dynamic and adaptable work environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Experience Coordinator. This role entails curating and coordinating immersive experiences for visitors, ensuring they have a unique and enriching time in our museum and the surrounding region.
About the Role:
- Design and organize culturally engaging activities and events
- Create and manage customized itineraries for visitors
- Collaborate with local businesses and attractions to enhance cultural offerings
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy environment for visitors and staff
- Contribute to the overall visitor satisfaction and museum's reputation
Qualifications:
- Passion for art, culture, and the tourism industry
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and provide exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English and Italian is preferred
- Experience in event coordination or tourism-related activities is a plus
