We Are Hiring - Youth Development Specialist
Are you passionate about empowering the youth and making a real difference in their lives? UNICEF Spain is currently seeking a dedicated Youth Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs to enhance the physical and mental well-being of children through sports and recreational activities
- Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote the importance of an active lifestyle among youth
- Organize sporting events and workshops to educate children on the benefits of fitness and healthy living
- Evaluate and monitor the impact of youth development initiatives on the overall well-being of children
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in youth development or a related area
- Passion for sports and fitness, with a strong understanding of their impact on child development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
