Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance multicultural awareness and understanding among employees.
- Organize cross-cultural training programs and workshops to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate multicultural perspectives into business strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between employees from different cultural backgrounds.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Intercultural Studies, Social Sciences).
- Proven experience in promoting multiculturalism and diversity in a corporate setting.
- Excellent intercultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams towards a common goal.
- Fluency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
