We are seeking a talented Cultural Engagement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in fostering diversity and inclusivity within our organization. As a Cultural Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that celebrate and promote cultural awareness throughout our programs and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance cultural engagement within our organization.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate diverse perspectives into our media and advertising efforts.
- Organize events and activities that celebrate multiculturalism and promote inclusivity.
- Establish partnerships with community organizations to support our diversity initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of cultural engagement programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
