Position: Regional Operations Manager

Job Description:

Oversee and manage the operations of a network of biofuel production facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
Implement strategic initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce operational costs, and drive continuous improvement across facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational plans aligned with company objectives.
Lead and mentor team members to maintain high performance and uphold company values and standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while upholding Poet's commitment to environmental sustainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in operations management within a related industry, preferably in biofuels, renewable energy, or agribusiness.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence, foster teamwork, and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
