Ajaccio Art Gallery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Eco-Innovation Specialist to join our team. As we expand our pursuits in sustainable rural development, we are looking for an individual who can bring creativity, vision, and expertise to further our commitment to environmental stewardship and rural prosperity.

Role Overview:

Lead the development of innovative agricultural and rural projects with a focus on sustainable practices.
Collaborate with local artisans and farmers to promote eco-friendly products and practices.
Research and implement new technologies and methodologies that enhance agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental impact.
Establish and maintain partnerships with government organizations, NGOs, and research institutions to support sustainable rural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for sustainable rural development.
Design and implement eco-innovative solutions for agri-business and rural communities.
Provide guidance and support to farmers and artisans to adopt sustainable practices.
Lead educational outreach programs to promote eco-friendly agricultural and rural initiatives.
Participate in industry events and represent the company as a thought leader in eco-innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainable agriculture or rural development projects.
Strong knowledge of eco-friendly agricultural practices and rural sustainability initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and networks.
Proven track record in leading eco-innovation projects or initiatives.
