As an Innovation Catalyst, you will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and supporting groundbreaking tech startups and entrepreneurs in the region. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of early-stage ventures. Your primary focus will be on fostering a collaborative environment and providing the necessary resources and guidance to help these businesses thrive.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and engaging with potential tech startups and entrepreneurs
Developing and implementing support programs to accelerate the growth of early-stage ventures
Providing mentorship and strategic guidance to startups to facilitate their success
Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders in the tech and innovation ecosystem
Contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the incubator

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in business development, startup acceleration, or innovation consulting
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A passion for driving innovation in the tech sector
