As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will collaborate with various teams to design and implement training programs, workshops, and resources. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed
Support employees in setting and achieving professional development goals
Participate in the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

Qualifications
