Position: Wellness Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead health and wellness programs for our employees and the community.
Collaborate with local fitness centers to promote physical well-being and healthy living among our staff.
Organize sports events and initiatives focused on sustainability and environmental awareness.
Create partnerships with health organizations to support our social responsibility goals.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of wellness initiatives on employee health and engagement.

Requirements:

Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace and the community.
Experience in organizing sports or fitness events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and organizations.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental issues.
