We are looking for a dedicated individual who has a passion for connecting people with nature and wildlife. As a Strategic Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing creative strategies to engage our audience and drive awareness of the incredible avian experiences we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance visitor engagement both on-site and online
- Create compelling content and campaigns to increase awareness and promote educational initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and optimize engagement strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into engagement strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful engagement strategies
- Excellent communication skills with a creative and innovative approach
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics
- Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental education
