About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage healthy living and fitness within the workplace.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to employees who are seeking to improve their overall wellness.
- Coordinate and lead fitness classes, workshops, and other wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate wellness into company culture and daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in promoting health and wellness, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Certification in personal training, nutrition, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- Demonstrated passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
