Telemark Adventure Tours is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Adventure Tour Operations Manager. If you have a passion for adventure, tourism, and operational excellence, this position could be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of adventure tour operations in Vestfold og Telemark.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize tour experiences and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with tour guides and staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, vehicles, and facilities used for tours.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the tourism industry, particularly in adventure tours.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in adventure tourism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
