Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits programs in alignment with our organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and ensure our benefits packages are competitive.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to design strategies that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze data on benefits utilization and employee feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and managing rewards and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
