Develop and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits programs in alignment with our organizational goals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and ensure our benefits packages are competitive.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to design strategies that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Analyze data on benefits utilization and employee feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and managing rewards and benefits programs.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
