Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance crop production and resource management
Oversee field activities including planting, harvesting, and soil management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for field operations
Lead and mentor a talented team of field operation specialists

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural operations and management
Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and environmental regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and technology integration for field operations
