Position: Experience Specialist

Cincinnati Opera, a dynamic and innovative cultural organization, is seeking an Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Specialist, you will contribute to the vibrant tourism and leisure industry, providing visitors with unforgettable experiences while showcasing our exceptional performances and community-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement unique visitor experiences that highlight the rich cultural heritage and entertainment offerings of Cincinnati Opera.
Collaborate with local partners to develop engaging tourism-focused programs that captivate a diverse audience.
Manage and curate specialized vacation experiences, connecting guests with the transformative power of the performing arts.
Contribute to the creation of exciting, innovative travel packages for individuals and groups, ensuring a seamless and memorable visit to our opera events.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized, high-quality service and support to visitors, fostering a positive and lasting connection with Cincinnati Opera.
Stay informed about industry trends and market demands, continuously seeking new ways to elevate the overall visitor experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences within the tourism and leisure sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences and community stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful collaboration with local businesses and organizations to enhance visitor experiences.
Passion for the arts and a deep appreciation for cultural expression and its impact on travel and leisure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
