Job Overview:

Collaborate with local stakeholders and community members to identify areas for growth and development within rural regions of North Carolina.
Design and implement innovative strategies to improve access to resources, infrastructure, and opportunities for rural populations.
Work closely with government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses to create partnerships that benefit agricultural and rural communities.
Provide guidance and support to individuals and organizations seeking to enhance their presence in the agricultural sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as agriculture, economics, community development, or a similar area of study.
Prior experience in project management, community outreach, or rural development is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for driving positive change and fostering sustainable practices within rural communities.
