Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the rewards programs to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and recommend adjustments to keep our rewards competitive.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs.
  • Oversee the budget for rewards and benefits, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.













Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing reward programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
