Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative reward and recognition strategies to boost employee engagement.
- Manage all aspects of the rewards programs to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze industry trends and recommend adjustments to keep our rewards competitive.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs.
- Oversee the budget for rewards and benefits, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing reward programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
